How we work
Our 30 days intensive together begins from the date you book in for our virtual breakthrough consult. In this 75 minute zoom session we will discuss your goals, vision, blocks, any limiting beliefs that show up or patterns you notice that show up - everything needed to create your custom hypnotic track.
We will also then connect on Voxer and choose what day per week you want full on Voxer mentoring. So for one day a week for four weeks, you have me to mentor you and support you in identifying aligned actions and how to reach your goals.
You will be sent a digital download of your personalized hypnotic track one week after this initial session which you have lifetime access to. You will listen to this track for 21 Days consecutively at a time that works for you, you have total freedom and because listening to the track is so relaxing it becomes such an easy habit!

This is where the work begins. After you take the leap for change by hitting “book now” we will explore your core beliefs, fears and patterns that you're experiencing on our Breakthrough Consult. We will also get clear on what your vision is for your life and business so we identify your next level along with discussing what goals you want to reach in our time working together.

Our 1 Month Intensive together starts from the day your Breakthrough Consult is booked for.
At the end of this session we will also connect on Voxer and select which day per week you want to use for Voxer Mentoring over the four weeks and on these days you can message or audio me anything you want to work through and I will support you in this form on these designated days over the month and share any actions, wisdom or trainings that may benefit you.
Taking daily aspired action using the SASS Formula will empower you to drive great momentum over this 30 day period, especially as you will also be reprogramming your belief system to work towards your goals with a whole new energy and mindset as a result of your hypnotic track. You will notice the shifts within days!
